I offer fun and informative childbirth courses for couples and ladies only.
A fun six week course where you'll learn about anatomy and physiology of childbirth, the process of birth, natural methods of pain relief as well as pain medication, common interventions and what to expect at the hospital. We will also talk about the post partum period, early parenthood and breastfeeding.
Group courses:
550 NIS per couple
450 NIS per person (for women only groups)
Private courses:
900 NIS for a full course
Quotes for individualized private courses are available upon request.
Also available are prenatal massages, the perfect way to relax and relieve common pregnancy discomforts!
